- ½ cup honey
- 2 teaspoons mild wet jerk seasoning
- 1 (13-ounce) bag salted kettle-cooked potato chips
- 1 lime, juiced, for finishing

Preparation
- In a large saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Add the honey and stir occasionally until fully combined and beginning to bubble, 1 to 2 minutes.
- Add the wet jerk seasoning to the butter and honey mixture. Stir constantly until fully combined and smooth, about 1 minute. Let the glaze bubble for 1 full minute, stirring occasionally, until fragrant and glossy. Watch closely and do not let it burn.
