Delectable Baked Salmon

Ingredients

for 20 servings

  • 1 salmon
  • 4 cups kimchi base (400 g)
  • 3 cups mayonnaise (720 g)
  • ½ cup garlic (70 g)
  • ½ cup cumin (60 g)
  • ¾ cup italian seasoning (90 g)
  • ¾ cup paprika (90 g)
  • 1 cup butter (230 g)

Preparation

  1. Line a large pan with aluminum foil and lay salmon inside.
  2. In a bowl, mix dry ingredients together and in a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise with kimchi base. Meanwhile, melt butter in the microwave.
  3. Pour butter over the salmon, then top with kimchi base mixture. Spread mixture over salmon evenly.
  4. Add dry ingredients to wet mixture and set aside. M
  5. You will need one line pan, cover the bottom of the pan with foil paper. Start by laying your salmon inside the line pan. Mix all of your dry ingredients together. Mix your kimchi base and mayonnaise together. Add all dry ingredients to your Kimich base and mayonnaise mixture. Set aside, while you melt your one cup of butter.
  6. Pour your butter over the salmon, then proceed to pour your kimich base mixture that was set aside over the salmon as well. Spread the mixture evenly over the salmon. Place the pan with the salmon inside the oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
