Chicago-Style Hot Dogs
Chicago-style hot dogs are famously "dragged through the garden," piled high with colorful toppings that make every bite crunchy, tangy, and full of flavor. This iconic regional classic starts with an all-beef hot dog nestled in a soft poppy seed bun, then gets topped with yellow mustard, neon green relish, diced onions, tomatoes, a dill pickle spear, sport peppers, and a finishing sprinkle of celery salt. Just don't add ketchup—Chicagoans consider that a cardinal sin.
